Overview

Behavioral intervention therapies involve a wide variety of acronyms: ABA, FBA, PBIS, and more. Learn about how these different therapies help our kids build communication and self-regulation skills at school, at home, and in their communities.

How do I know if ABA therapy is right for my child?

The answer will depend on your family and child’s individual needs, but Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is widely used to support individuals with autism and some other diagnoses. You can check out our articles Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) 101 and Types of ABA & How ABA Therapy Works to learn more and review our list of questions to ask potential ABA providers to find out if their methodology is a good fit for your family.
