When dealing with Regional Center delays, try to have a dialogue to really figure out what's happening. Chris Arroyo, Regional Manager of the State Council on Developmental Disabilities, says that as parents, we can go to the Board of Directors, testify at a board meeting, and ask that they prioritize establishing new vendors for certain services.
