Have you made an All About Me & IEP at a Glance yet to introduce your child to new teachers, providers, and other staff? We offer a free template here, and Navigators create them for our member families!
We frequently hear from parents in our community that they love being able to showcase their child’s strengths and needs in one quick document for new teachers. Work on yours with a Navigator so that your school team has the essentials on the first day back at school!
Profile in your pocket
You can store your child’s “IEP at a Glance,” copies of progress reports, communication logs, your child’s full IEP or 504, medical documents, and more in the Undivided app, which gives you a digital super binder to keep important docs securely and access them all in one place. The app also features step-by-step guides, customizable checklists, bookmarks to help you build your own reading library, and an event calendar to make organizing everything as easy as possible.
Direct access to experts
Have a specific question about your child’s IEP, an upcoming assessment, or therapies provided at school? Undivided members get (virtual) facetime with experts twice a month during Office Hours to ask questions directly to our education, public benefits, and insurance specialists. This week’s parent win: team bonding through advocacy & individuality!
One family brought their “All About Me” document to their first day of school, and it became a catalyst for the child’s team! Through heartfelt conversations, the family discovered a deeper connection with the school staff and reminded everyone of the importance of understanding their kid’s individuality.
