Lisa Concoff Kronbeck has both personal and professional experience in the disability community. Her daughter Leah was born two months early with Down syndrome, esophageal atresia, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and congenital heart defects, and relies on a g-tube (feeding tube), Daniel Tiger cartoons, and Sesame Street for daily sustenance. Before Leah was born, Lisa was an advocate at a disability rights nonprofit, working primarily in the public benefits unit with services like Medi-Cal, In-Home Supportive Services, and Social Security Disability Insurance. Lisa also identifies as a person with disabilities. She shares her extensive knowledge of public benefits with Undivided families, providing parents with the tools, support, and knowledge they need to advocate for their children with disabilities.
Larkin is a former educator who is currently serving as the Vice Chair for the Sonoma Community Advisory Council (CAC) and the President and Social Media Director of Common Ground Society. Her son, James, was born with Down syndrome and hearing loss, and has undergone nearly 30 surgeries and procedures, yet continues to be a bright light in this world. Larkin believes in the importance of inclusion for all people and is on a mission to change the narrative. She advocates that we are all different and there is no such thing as normal.
