Undivided's Public Benefits Specialist, Lisa Concoff Kronbeck, wants parents to know that there's no such thing as "denial by phone." If an IHSS worker tries to tell you over the phone that your child isn't eligible, don't be discouraged; apply anyway, and if you get a written denial, you can appeal it.
