Can I access my Notice of Action (NOA) online?

If you can't find the Notice of Action (NOA) you received from Medi-Cal, IHSS, or Regional Center in the mail, you may wonder if you can access it through an online portal. Unfortunately, NOAs are not available online at this time. You will have to call the agency that issued the NOA and ask for it to be re-mailed to you.
