Can I ask for changes to my child's IEP at an ITP meeting?

The ITP is part of the IEP, so yes, you can ask for changes to the IEP at an ITP meeting. The ITP is a part of the IEP just like services or accommodations are part of an IEP. If you make a change to the ITP, you are changing the IEP just like if you were to add or take out an accommodation.
