Core Content Connectors (CCC) were developed by the National Center and State Collaborative to help students access the Common Core State Standards by breaking down concepts in math, reading, and writing to make them easier to understand. You can read all about CCCs and Essential Understandings (EUs) in our article here!

Here, we've included all math and English CCCs by grade level as a resource for parents and school teams to develop IEP goals, curriculum, and lesson plans that improve access to the state standards for students with disabilities. Each document lists the state standards by subject area right next to any applicable CCCs or EUs for that standard.
