Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) delivers free, family‑centered developmental therapies (speech, OT, PT, etc.) for Washington children from birth to age 3 with diagnosed delays or disabilities. Eligible children must reside in WA and have documentation of a qualifying delay or disability, upon which an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outlines their supports.
