If you can successfully show that your child needs more supervision than a typically developing child of the same age, you cannot be denied protective supervision. Undivided's Public Benefits Specialist, Lisa Concoff Kronbeck, explains that if you are a parent provider, you should still get paid on evenings and weekends, even if another full-time working parent is home.
