How can Undivided help with insurance?

Undivided members can work with Director of Health Plan Advocacy Leslie Lobel in several ways:

• She can assess their situation and tell them whether she thinks they have an appeal or not, and then she can help them with as little or as much as they would like.
• In some cases, she can file claims for people as long as it meets certain criteria.
• She can book time to really learn their plan and create a spreadsheet for claims to keep themselves and the insurance policy accountable.
• She can help organize and catch people up if they are overwhelmed with all of the claims they haven’t filed.
• She can answer questions having to do with insurance and can offer other outside sources if Undivided doesn’t have the information.
• She can help generally about the cost to own your plan vs. the cost to use your plan. She is never going to tell someone which plan to choose, but she'll go over what’s reasonable to expect or what's unreasonable.
