I got a notice of action stating IHSS would be terminated. What do I do?

If your IHSS Notice of Action (NOA) states that IHSS will be terminating your child's services and you disagree with that decision, you have the right to appeal. Note that if you want your child's services to continue during the appeal process, you only have 10 days to file your appeal and request "aid paid pending appeal."
