Insurance Claim Tracker Spreadsheet Template

Published: Nov. 13, 2024Updated: Aug. 7, 2026

When you see a provider who is outside of your insurance network, you may still be able to get expenses reimbursed by your health plan by submitting a superbill from the provider.

If you need a way to keep track of your superbills and their reimbursement status, check out this insurance spreadsheet template. You'll be able to organize at a glance which superbills have been submitted, the amount, whether they've been reimbursed and when, and what amount was applied to your deductible. This makes it easier to see which claims are outstanding and when you should follow up with your health plan.
