Rosenberg, a board member of the California Transition Alliance and faculty at Cal State LA, Chapman University, and San Diego State University, says that it's a good idea to reactivate your Regional Center case (if you had one) for a smoother transition after high school. Utilizing the opportunities your Regional Center offers throughout high school will only better prepare your child for transitioning from school to adult life.
