Published: Nov. 15, 2024Updated: Nov. 15, 2024
If your child is going to be in the hospital for an extended period of time, creating a comfortable environment can make all the difference for you, your child, hospital staff, and visitors. First of all, make sure everyone who walks into the room knows your child’s name, what they like, and any important medical information.
You can make a copy of this Google doc, which has an example on page 1 and a blank version on page 2 for you to customize for your child. Alternatively, print out this blank PDF to hand-write your child's information and put up in their room.
