Should both my kids on Medi-Cal have the same case number?

Published: Mar. 11, 2026Updated: Mar. 11, 2026

If you have multiple children in your household who qualify for Medi-Cal, they will most likely have the same case number. This means their Medi-Cal renewal should happen at the same time. You can check your account on the BenefitsCal website or your Notice of Action to confirm your case number. Once your child turns 22, they will receive their own Medi-Cal case number.
