What do I do if my IHSS timesheet won't let me submit hours?
Published: Feb. 26, 2025
If your IHSS timesheet suddenly shows that all hours are disabled and you have no hours to claim, you may wonder what to do. First, reach out to your assigned IHSS case worker to see if a there's a glitch in processing.
If you don't get a response from your social worker, you can file an appeal on the ACMS website and indicate that benefits were terminated without notice and request aid paid pending appeal. You can also reach out to the social worker's supervisor at the county office, but it's recommended that you submit the appeal first.
For help with your appeal, see our article How to Appeal If You Are Denied IHSS, or use the step-by-step guide on the Undivided platform.
