What is IHSS overtime?

Overtime is any hours after 40 per week. The maximum weekly hours for an IHSS provider to enter in their timesheet without a violation is the total number of monthly hours divided by four. For a max of 283 hours for one recipient, that’s 70:45 in a week. For a provider with two or more recipients with 283 hours, the maximum weekly hours without a violation is 66 hours.
