Understanding Person-Centered Planning

Chris Arroyo, regional manager at the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities, says that Person-Centered Planning involves looking at the goals and dreams both you and your child have for their future, and then seeking services to help make those goals and dreams a reality. He gives some great examples in this clip!
