When should I transition my child from homeschool to public school?

If you wonder whether your homeschooled child is ready to transition to public school, keep in mind that earlier is usually better than later. There will be a lot of trial and error in the first year at school, but trying different options is a good thing to figure out the best fit. Inclusion is easier when younger as well. You want a school that is willing to try many different things and find the best environment for the child to learn.
