Who do I contact for help if my IHSS case worker is out on leave?

Published: May. 15, 2025Updated: Apr. 17, 2026

If you're experiencing delays in communication from IHSS because your case worker is out for an extended period, call your local IHSS office and ask to speak to a supervisor. You can submit a ticket saying that your worker is out and you need help from their supervisor.
