Will my child get a new Regional Center service coordinator as an adult?

Every Regional Center is independently run, so policies will vary between Regional Centers as to when a client will transition to adult services. Your Regional Center may assign a new service coordinator when your child is age 14 to 22. Their new service coordinator will be more knowledgeable about transition services and programs for adults.
