Will Regional Center help fund diapers or pull-ups?
Published: Sep. 12, 2025Updated: Sep. 12, 2025
Yes, Regional Center can help fund incontinence supplies like diapers or pull-ups as a payor of last resort. If your child is a Medi-Cal recipient, you'll need to go through Medi-Cal first. If you can't get the products your child needs through a Medi-Cal contracted supply company, you can request that Regional Center reimburse you. You'll need to obtain a doctor's prescription and a denial letter from Medi-Cal.
We have a step-by-step guide to the process in the Undivided app:
Receive incontinence supplies from Regional Center (with Medi-Cal)
