What if you don't sign the IPP? Does an IPP have "stay put" like an IEP does?

According to Public Benefits Specialist Lisa Concoff Kronbeck, Regional Center services have to be reauthorized every year. You can sign your child's IPP in agreement or disagreement.
If there are specific points of disagreement, if rights are being violated, or if there is disagreement about services, you can:
- call another IPP meeting
- file an appeal
- file a section 4731 complaint
